  • City of Austin Zoning Chart (Permitted Land use codes) for Zoning codes in Austin.
  • GIS map City of Austin (Interactive Map) Zoning grids, planning, developments, elevations, and more.
  • U.S. Housing Market Conditions (HUD)—See Historical Data for times series data from a variety of sources.
  • State of the Nation’s Housing (Harvard University—Joint Center for Housing Studies)—Appendix tables include useful historic data on homeownership.

Texas Fine-Art Photography

A lot of the Austin area photographs were taken by Jared Tenant; a good friend, and an amazing Texas city, and real estate photographer.
